Where we deliver

Macro Based Diet delivers fresh, macro-counted meal prep across the whole of Teesside with our own van and our own driver, and to the rest of mainland UK with DPD. The quickest way to check is your postcode: if it starts with TS, you are in our local delivery area. Everything else goes by courier on a Wednesday.

Local delivery: every TS postcode

Local delivery is £7.50, on Sunday evening, Monday or Thursday, and you can split one box across two of those days at no extra cost so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day you get a tracking email and can follow the driver live.

We deliver to the whole of mainland UK. If your postcode does not start with TS, your meals go out on our chilled courier service. Order by Sunday 6pm and DPD deliver on the Wednesday. Every meal is wrapped and packed in a keep-cool liner with ice packs, DPD text and email you on the day, and delivery is £7.99 for the whole box.

That means London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Bristol, Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry, York, Hull, Sunderland, Cardiff, Glasgow, Edinburgh and everywhere in between, right down to the village at the end of the lane. If you can enter the postcode at checkout, we deliver to it.

Because we cook in Middlesbrough rather than London or Manchester, our overheads are North East overheads and our prices show it: weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, wherever in the country the box is going. Our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT, just off the A66 at South Bank, is open for collection on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm. Choose collection when you build your order.

How the meals travel

Every meal is cooked in our own kitchen, chilled, and labelled with its calories and macros. Get them into the fridge as soon as they arrive, eat them within 72 hours, or freeze them on the day of delivery. Reheating is three to five minutes in the microwave.
