Refunds & Replacements

While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we handle refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis, giving each concern the attention it deserves.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided it's 48 hours before your scheduled fulfilment day.
Due to our commitment to fresh preparation, orders cancelled outside these parameters unfortunately can't be refunded.


Delivery Adjustments

We're flexible! Need to change your delivery/collection date? Let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate.


Food Quality & Safety

Our meals are best enjoyed fresh! We recommend consuming them within 3 days.
Please note, we're not responsible for the quality of meals if you choose to freeze and defrost them later.


Missed Deliveries

If delivery isn't possible and collection is required, refunds aren't available. We'll always try to find a safe spot or a neighbour to leave your order with, keeping your meals secure.
