Macro Based Diet delivery and collection policy

Every meal is cooked fresh in our own kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT, chilled, and sent out on set delivery days so it reaches you fresh. You choose your delivery or collection day at checkout.

Teesside: local delivery

  • Every postcode starting TS (TS1 to TS29) is delivered by our own driver.
  • Delivery days: Sunday evening, Monday or Thursday.
  • Delivery is £7.50 per order, with no minimum order. You can split one order across two delivery days at no extra cost.
  • On the day you will get an email with your delivery window and a live tracking link, and you can contact the driver with any instructions.

Rest of mainland UK: DPD

  • DPD deliver on Wednesday to the rest of mainland UK. We cannot currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
  • Delivery is £7.50 per order, the same as our Teesside local delivery, whatever the size of the order.
  • Every meal is wrapped and packed in a keep-cool liner with ice packs so it arrives fridge-cold. DPD send text and email updates on the day.
  • DPD orders need to be delivered rather than taken back to the depot, so please add any safe place instructions to your order notes.

Order cut-offs

  • Sunday 12:00 for Teesside delivery on Sunday evening
  • Sunday 18:00 for Teesside delivery on Monday, and for DPD delivery on Wednesday
  • Wednesday 18:00 for Teesside delivery on Thursday

Orders placed after a cut-off go on the next available delivery day.

Collection

You can collect pre-ordered meals from our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT on Sunday from 15:00 to 18:00, or Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00. Collecting saves the delivery cost.

If you are not in

  • Our driver will leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour wherever possible.
  • If we cannot deliver, the meals come back to our kitchen and you can collect them. Because the food is fresh and perishable, we are unable to refund orders that could not be delivered.

When your meals arrive

Put the meals in the fridge as soon as they arrive, or freeze them on the day of delivery.
