Local Delivery in Teesside

For our neighbours in Teesside, our delivery is a bit more personal:

• Delivery Areas: We cover all TS postcodes, delivering on Sunday afternoons/evenings, all day Monday, and all day Thursday.
• Dedicated Fleet: Our local deliveries are made using our own fleet of temperature-controlled vans, guaranteeing the freshness and quality of your meals upon arrival.
• Stay Informed: You'll receive an email with an estimated delivery window, live tracking, and options to contact your driver directly for any specific instructions or preferences.

Delivery Protocols

• If you’re not available when we arrive, our team will try to leave your order in a secure place or with a neighbour.
• In the rare event that we can't deliver, the meals will be returned to our store for safekeeping. You can arrange to collect them at your convenience. Please note, due to the perishable nature of our meals, we are unable to offer refunds for undelivered orders.
