You can choose between 5 and 30 healthy meals per package. Additionally, you can add healthy breakfasts, snacks, or even healthy pizzas to customise your meal plan and make it cost-effective. When opting for 'split delivery,' you can allocate meals to specific delivery or collection days to suit your schedule.

When selecting 'split delivery' you'll be asked to pick which meals you would like prepped for which collection / delivery days.

We offer a variety of payment methods for your healthy meal prep, including debit/credit cards, PayPal, express payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and flexible payment methods such as Klarna.

Yes, we provide nationwide meal prep delivery across the UK, including major areas like Middlesbrough, Teesside, Stockton, Redcar, and Guisborough. We deliver to most areas across the country, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Yes, you can choose to collect your meals directly from our location. Simply select the collection option when ordering your meal package at checkout. Collection is available from our Middlesbrough location at TS6 6PT on your chosen date between 10am-6pm. Please have your email confirmation or order number ready when you arrive.

Split delivery allows you to have 2 deliveries for the price of 1! 
We'll deliver on your selected delivery dates, and you'll be able to select which options you'd like on which day, saving you fridge space, and ensuring maximum freshness! Currently this option is only available in the TS area due to restrictions from our National delivery partners

Upon your selected delivery date, you'll receive an order tracking email which will provide an estimated delivery time. You'll be able to track our driver right to your door live, with the option of contacting your delivery driver direct. 

We are unable to provide an estimated delivery time until the date of delivery. 

All our national delivery meals are first wrapped individually in cling film, before being batched together and wrapped again for added security. Meals are then placed inside a keep-cool, bubble wrap liner, with ice packs to retain freshness, and air-cushion padding to ensure your meals arrive safe and sound. 

All national orders are delivered via DHL with text / email notification throughout the fulfilment process. 

Orders must be delivered, and not to be taken back to depot, please leave any safe place notifications in your order notes. 

Please note, orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of your ordering being placed, but must be 48 hours before your fulfilment day. Orders attempting to cancel outside of this are not refundable due to commitments to food preparation and ingredients. 

 

All meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receiving and should be consumed within 3-4 days. Anything you do not plan to consume within 3-4 days should be frozen for future usage. 

Yes! But it's important to de-frost your meals naturally, or using the defrost setting on your microwave before cooking / reheating.
We recommend eating before the need to freeze for maximum flavour and freshness. 

Did you know we offer 2 delivery options for the price of 1 locally to ensure you never have to freeze your meals? 

Snap the lid off and gently place back on top of the container, pop in the microwave for 3-5 minutes depending on your microwaves power until piping hot, allow to cool and enjoy!

 

Yes! All of our meals can be eaten hot or cold, depending on your preference. 

 

 

 

As well as making a one off purchase, you can purchase a weekly recurring subscription.. You can make this selection at the cart - save 10% when ordering a weekly subscription!

 

When you purchase a subscription, you authorise a recurring payment against the checkout value with your chosen payment method which will automatically generate an order against the frequency selected. You do not need to place any further orders, sit back and let us take the load! 

There are no minimum terms for any of our subscription packages, however we can not part refund a subscription. To cancel your subscription, follow the link in your email or head to my account. We are not responsible for cancelling a subscription and this is the responsibility of the customer.
