We take food allergies seriously. This page explains how we handle allergens in our kitchen and what you need to know before ordering. If you have any specific questions, please get in touch before placing your order.

Shared Kitchen Environment

All of our meals are produced in an environment which handles the following allergens:

Milk - Wheat - Sulphite - Celery - Soya - Mustard - Nuts

This applies to every meal on our menu, regardless of the ingredients in the dish you choose. While we take every care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from traces of these allergens.

If you have a severe allergy or anaphylaxis risk to any of the above, please contact us directly before ordering so we can discuss your requirements.

Meal-Specific Allergens

In addition to the shared environment allergens listed above, individual meals may contain specific allergens depending on the protein, carb, and side you choose. For example, meals served with pasta contain cereals containing gluten, and some sauces contain milk.

You can view the specific allergens for any meal by clicking on it in our meal builder. The allergen information is displayed at the bottom of each meal's details.
