If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled and should be eaten within 72 hours or frozen on the day they arrive.

Pick weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, choose between 5 and 30 meals, and build each one from over 30 dishes across chicken, beef, pork and vegan options with your choice of carbohydrate and vegetables. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, with no change in price per meal however many you order.

The set calorie plans give you a complete week with breakfasts and snacks included. The breakfast range suits early starts, and the Protein Parmo is our high-protein take on the Teesside classic.

Worth the drive, so we make it

Hartlepool is far enough from Middlesbrough that most meal prep companies would put your box in the post. We do not. It goes on our own van with our own driver, three times a week, so it arrives chilled and on the day you chose.
