Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one box across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow the driver live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled and should be eaten within 72 hours or frozen on the day they arrive.

The meal builder lets you choose weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, pick between 5 and 30 meals, and build each one from over 30 dishes with your choice of protein, carbohydrate and vegetables. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, and the price per meal is the same whether you order 5 or 30.

For a hands-off week, the set calorie plans cover breakfasts, mains and snacks at a fixed calorie target. Add the breakfast range for the mornings, and because Guisborough is so close, the Protein Parmo arrives in perfect condition.
