From our kitchen on the edge of Middlesbrough, Redcar is a quarter of an hour along the Trunk Road. That makes meal prep in Redcar one of our shortest delivery runs, and it means the meals go from our fridge to yours faster than almost anywhere else we deliver. Our meals are calorie-controlled and macro-counted, cooked fresh every week by a family-run team, and delivered by our own driver. You choose the portion size, the number of meals and the dishes, and we do the shopping, weighing and cooking.

How delivery works in Redcar

Redcar sits inside our own delivery area, so your meal prep comes out on our van with our own driver rather than a courier. We deliver on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Thursdays, and you pick the day when you build your order.

Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one box across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow the driver live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled and should be eaten within 72 hours or frozen on the day they arrive.

The meal builder is the starting point for most people on the coast. Pick weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, choose between 5 and 30 meals, then build each meal from over 30 dishes with your choice of protein, carbohydrate and veg. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, whatever size of box you order.

The set calorie plans take care of a whole week, breakfasts and snacks included, and the breakfast range is popular with anyone doing early starts. Redcar is also close enough for the Protein Parmo to arrive exactly as it left the kitchen.
