Yarm is about twenty-five minutes from our kitchen, and it is on our delivery run three times a week. Meal prep in Yarm from Macro Based Diet means fresh, calorie-controlled and macro-counted meals cooked in Middlesbrough and brought to your door by our own driver, covering Yarm, Eaglescliffe, Kirklevington and the villages along the Tees.

How delivery works in Yarm

Yarm sits inside our own delivery area, so your meal prep comes out on our van with our own driver rather than a courier. We deliver on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Thursdays, and you pick the day when you build your order.

Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one box across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow the driver live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled and should be eaten within 72 hours or frozen on the day they arrive.

What you can order

Most Yarm customers build their own box. The meal builder lets you pick weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, choose between 5 and 30 meals, and select each meal from over 30 dishes with your choice of protein, carbohydrate and veg. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, with no change in price per meal however many you order.

If you would rather hand the whole week over, the set calorie plans include breakfasts, mains and snacks at a fixed calorie target. The overnight oats are popular with the early-train crowd from Eaglescliffe station, and the Protein Parmo is the one to order if you want a Teesside classic without the calories.
