If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled and should be eaten within 72 hours or frozen on the day they arrive.

What you can order

If you would rather not think about it at all, the set calorie plans give you a full week of breakfasts, mains and snacks at a fixed calorie target. Can I order for Monday delivery on a Sunday?

Yes, as long as the order is in by 6pm on Sunday. Orders placed before 12 noon on Sunday can be delivered that same evening.

Do I need to be in?

Leave a delivery note at checkout, such as a safe place or a neighbour, and the driver will follow it. You get a tracking email on the day so you can see when the van is close. Meals are packed chilled, but they do need to go in the fridge as soon as you get them.

Is there a minimum order?

The smallest box is five meals. Ten to fifteen meals is the sweet spot for a working week.
