Meal Prep Billingham & Wolviston

Macro Based Diet local delivery outside our Middlesbrough kitchen at night.

Fresh Meal Prep Delivered to Billingham

Meal prep in Billingham from Macro Based Diet is cooked in our Middlesbrough kitchen and driven up the A19 on our own local delivery, about twenty minutes door to door. We cover the whole town, from the Forum and the town centre out through Cowpen, Low Grange and Roseberry to Wolviston and the edge of Norton.

Every meal is calorie-controlled, macro-counted and cooked fresh each week by a family-run team. You pick the portion size and the dishes, and we handle everything else.

How delivery works in Billingham

Billingham sits inside our local delivery area, so we bring your meal prep ourselves rather than using a courier. We deliver on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Thursdays, and you pick the day when you build your order.

Order by Sunday 12 noon for delivery on Sunday evening
Order by Sunday 6pm for delivery on Monday
Order by Wednesday 6pm for delivery on Thursday

Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one order across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow your delivery live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 3pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled, ready to heat and eat, or freeze them on the day they arrive.

What you can order

Use the meal builder to put your order together. Choose weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, pick as many meals as you want, and build each meal from over 1,300 meal combinations, with the protein, carbohydrate and vegetables you actually want to eat. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, and the price per meal is the same however many you order.

The set calorie plans cover a full week including breakfasts and snacks, and the breakfast range is a favourite with shift workers who want something ready at odd hours. The Protein Parmo® travels well up the A19 too.

Made for shift patterns

A lot of Billingham works shifts, between the chemical sites, the logistics parks and the hospital. Shift work is where healthy eating usually falls apart, because the shop is shut, the canteen is limited and cooking at 3am is not happening. A fridge full of prepped meals fixes that: portion-controlled, already cooked, ready to heat and eat. Billingham is on our regular local runs three times a week.

Why people in Billingham choose Macro Based Diet

Macro Based Diet has been cooking in Middlesbrough since 2018. We are family run, we prepare every meal in our own kitchen, and we are rated 4.9 on Google from nearly 200 reviews. The business was founded by Mike Hind MBE, IFBB Coach and Advanced Sports Nutritional Advisor, so the meals are built around real nutrition rather than guesswork. Every online order also earns 5% back in Meal Money to spend on your next order, and if you refer a friend you both get £5.
