We have cooked every meal in our own kitchen on Metcalfe Road, just off the A66 at South Bank, since 2018, and we deliver across the whole town and the rest of Teesside with our own van and our own driver. That covers Linthorpe, Acklam, Marton, Nunthorpe, Coulby Newham, Hemlington, Ormesby, Berwick Hills, North Ormesby, Eston, Normanby, Grangetown and everywhere in between.
Every meal is calorie-controlled and macro-counted, so whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, better portion control or simply having fresh meals ready when you get in, the food does the hard part for you.
How delivery works in Middlesbrough
Middlesbrough sits inside our own delivery area, so your meal prep comes out on our van with our own driver rather than a courier. We deliver on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Thursdays, and you pick the day when you build your order.

Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one order across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow the driver live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 3pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.
Meals arrive chilled, ready to heat and eat, or freeze them on the day they arrive.

You do not have to order online to eat our food. The kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road is open to walk-ins Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm. Call in for a meal to eat in or take away, or pick meal prep off the shelf if you are passing. Pre-ordered collections are a separate window: Sunday 3pm to 6pm, Monday and Thursday 10am to 6pm.
What you can order
Most Middlesbrough customers start with the meal builder. Choose weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portion sizes, pick as many meals as you want, and build each one from over 1,300 meal combinations of chicken, beef, pork and meatballs with your choice of carbohydrate and vegetables. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, and the price per meal is the same however many you order.
If you would rather hand the whole week over, the set calorie plans include breakfasts, mains and snacks at a fixed daily calorie target. Add overnight oats, protein pancakes or steak and egg muffins for the mornings, and if you have not tried our Protein Parmo®, it is the Teesside classic rebuilt around protein rather than grease.
