Meal Prep Guisborough & Stokesley

Fresh Meal Prep Delivered to Guisborough, Stokesley and Great Ayton

Guisborough is a short drive from our kitchen. Meal prep in Guisborough from Macro Based Diet is cooked fresh in Middlesbrough and brought by our own local delivery to Guisborough, Hutton, Great Ayton and Stokesley, three times a week. If you live in Nunthorpe, Marton, Ormesby, Coulby Newham or Hemlington, you will find your area on our Middlesbrough meal prep page.

Every meal is calorie-controlled and macro-counted, and every one is cooked by us. No reheating someone else's food, no mystery portions.

How delivery works in Guisborough

Guisborough sits inside our local delivery area, so we bring your meal prep ourselves rather than using a courier. We deliver on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Thursdays, and you pick the day when you build your order.

Order by Sunday 12 noon for delivery on Sunday evening
Order by Sunday 6pm for delivery on Monday
Order by Wednesday 6pm for delivery on Thursday

Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one order across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow your delivery live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 3pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled, ready to heat and eat, or freeze them on the day they arrive.

What you can order

The meal builder lets you choose weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, pick as many meals as you want, and build each one from over 1,300 meal combinations with your choice of protein, carbohydrate and vegetables. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, and the price per meal is the same however many you order.

For a hands-off week, the set calorie plans cover breakfasts, mains and snacks at a fixed calorie target. Add the breakfast range for the mornings, and because Guisborough is so close, the Protein Parmo® arrives in perfect condition.

Close enough to collect, near enough to deliver

Being this close cuts both ways. Plenty of Guisborough customers drop in to collect from the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon or on their way home on a Monday or Thursday, and save the delivery cost. Others have it brought to them on our local delivery. Either way the meals are fresh out of the chiller.
