Meal Prep Saltburn, Marske & Loftus

Fresh Meal Prep Delivered to Saltburn and East Cleveland

Saltburn is twenty minutes along the coast from our kitchen, and the East Cleveland villages beyond it are still well inside our local delivery area. Meal prep in Saltburn from Macro Based Diet means fresh, calorie-controlled and macro-counted meals cooked in Middlesbrough and brought by our own local delivery to Saltburn, Marske, New Marske, Skelton, Brotton, Lingdale, Boosbeck, Loftus, Carlin How and Skinningrove.

We are family run, we cook everything ourselves, and every tray is labelled with its calories and macros. You choose the portion size, the number of meals and the dishes, and the cooking is done.

How delivery works in Saltburn

Saltburn sits inside our local delivery area, so we bring your meal prep ourselves rather than using a courier. We deliver on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Thursdays, and you pick the day when you build your order.

Order by Sunday 12 noon for delivery on Sunday evening
Order by Sunday 6pm for delivery on Monday
Order by Wednesday 6pm for delivery on Thursday

Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one order across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow your delivery live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 3pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled, ready to heat and eat, or freeze them on the day they arrive.

What you can order

Start with the meal builder. Choose weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, pick as many meals as you want, and build each one from over 1,300 meal combinations with your choice of protein, carbohydrate and vegetables. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, and the price per meal is the same however many you order.

The set calorie plans take care of the whole week including breakfasts and snacks. The breakfast range suits early starts, and the Protein Parmo® travels the coast road without complaint.

Past Redcar, and still in our local delivery area

A lot of delivery companies stop at Redcar. We carry on, through Marske and Saltburn, up over Skelton and Brotton and out to Loftus, three times a week. The coast is a regular part of the round, not an afterthought. If your postcode starts TS11, TS12 or TS13, you get the same delivery days, the same £7.50 delivery and the same split option as someone living next door to the kitchen.

Why people in Saltburn choose Macro Based Diet

Macro Based Diet has been cooking in Middlesbrough since 2018. We are family run, we prepare every meal in our own kitchen, and we are rated 4.9 on Google from nearly 200 reviews. The business was founded by Mike Hind MBE, IFBB Coach and Advanced Sports Nutritional Advisor, so the meals are built around real nutrition rather than guesswork. Every online order also earns 5% back in Meal Money to spend on your next order, and if you refer a friend you both get £5.
