Fresh Meal Prep Delivered to Sedgefield, Fishburn, Wingate and Trimdon

You live in County Durham, but your postcode starts TS, and that puts you inside our local delivery area. Meal prep in Sedgefield and the villages around it from Macro Based Diet means fresh, calorie-controlled and macro-counted meals cooked in Middlesbrough and brought by our own local delivery, not posted with a courier. We cover Sedgefield, Fishburn, Stillington, Bishopton, Thorpe Thewles, Wingate, Station Town, Trimdon, Trimdon Grange, Trimdon Station, Hart, Elwick, Blackhall, Hesleden and Castle Eden.

We are family run, we have cooked every meal ourselves since 2018, and every tray is labelled with its calories and macros.

How delivery works in Sedgefield

Sedgefield sits inside our local delivery area, so we bring your meal prep ourselves rather than using a courier. We deliver on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Thursdays, and you pick the day when you build your order.

Order by Sunday 12 noon for delivery on Sunday evening
Order by Sunday 6pm for delivery on Monday
Order by Wednesday 6pm for delivery on Thursday

Local delivery is £7.50, and you can split one order across two delivery days for the same price, so the second half is just as fresh as the first. On the day, you get a tracking email and can follow your delivery live. If you would rather collect, our kitchen at 33 Metcalfe Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6PT is open for collection on Sunday from 3pm to 6pm and on Monday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and you save the delivery cost.

Meals arrive chilled, ready to heat and eat, or freeze them on the day they arrive.

What you can order

Most customers out this way use the meal builder. Choose weight loss, maintenance or weight gain portions, pick as many meals as you want, and build each one from over 1,300 meal combinations with your choice of protein, carbohydrate and vegetables. Weight loss meals are £4.85 each, maintenance £5.40 and weight gain £5.95, and the price per meal is the same however many you order.

The set calorie plans cover the whole week including breakfasts and snacks. The overnight oats and protein pancakes suit early shifts, and the Protein Parmo® is the Teesside classic rebuilt around protein.

The villages most meal prep companies will not drive to

Fishburn was one of our busiest villages last year, which tells you how much demand there is out here and how little of it gets served. We cover Wingate, the Trimdons and Sedgefield three times a week, so you get the same delivery days, the same £7.50 delivery and the same split option as someone in Stockton. If you work shifts or commute to Teesside, Durham or the A1 corridor, a fridge full of meals that are already cooked and already counted is the difference between eating well and eating whatever is left.

Why people in Sedgefield choose Macro Based Diet

Macro Based Diet has been cooking in Middlesbrough since 2018. We are family run, we prepare every meal in our own kitchen, and we are rated 4.9 on Google from nearly 200 reviews. The business was founded by Mike Hind MBE, IFBB Coach and Advanced Sports Nutritional Advisor, so the meals are built around real nutrition rather than guesswork. Every online order also earns 5% back in Meal Money to spend on your next order, and if you refer a friend you both get £5.
