Our own van across every TS postcode on Sunday evening, Monday or Thursday. DPD everywhere else in mainland UK on Wednesday. Or collect from our Middlesbrough kitchen.
Heat and eat
Meals arrive chilled with calories and macros on every label. Three to five minutes in the microwave. Keep for 72 hours in the fridge or freeze on the day they arrive.

The Macro Based Diet meal builder is the simplest way to put a week of proper food together around your own goals, routine and tastes. Pick a portion size, choose your meals and we cook, label and deliver them.
Three portion sizes, one price per meal however many you order. Weight Loss meals are around 300 calories at £4.85, Maintenance around 370 calories at £5.40 and Weight Gain around 470 calories at £5.95. Choose anywhere between 5 and 30 meals. Ten to fifteen is the sweet spot for a working week.
Over 30 dishes. Choose your protein, from seasoned or peri peri chicken breast to pork tenderloin, sweet chilli steak strips, beef bolognese, meatballs and a vegan five bean, then pair it with rice, potato, pasta or noodles and your veg. Every tray is cooked fresh in our Middlesbrough kitchen and labelled with its calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats, so it drops straight into whatever you are tracking without weighing or guessing.
Delivered by us or by DPD. Any postcode starting TS is delivered by our own van on Sunday evening, Monday or Thursday for £7.50, and you can split one order across two delivery days at no extra cost. Everywhere else in mainland UK, DPD delivers on Wednesday for £7.99, with every meal packed in a keep-cool liner with ice packs. Or collect from our kitchen in Middlesbrough and save the delivery cost.
Order by the cut-off that suits you. Sunday 12 noon for Sunday evening or Monday local delivery, Sunday 6pm for Monday, Wednesday 6pm for Thursday. National orders placed by Sunday 6pm go out on Wednesday.
Meals arrive chilled and keep for 72 hours in the fridge, or freeze them on the day they arrive. Reheat in three to five minutes. There is no contract and no minimum term. Order when you want, as often as you want, and every online order earns 5% back as Meal Money towards the next one.

Is there a minimum order?
The smallest order is five meals and the largest is 30. The price per meal is the same at any size.
How much does delivery cost?
£7.50 for our own van across every TS postcode, £7.99 for DPD to the rest of mainland UK. Collection from our Middlesbrough kitchen saves the delivery cost.
When do I need to order by?
Sunday 12 noon for Sunday evening or Monday local delivery, Sunday 6pm for Monday local delivery, and Wednesday 6pm for Thursday local delivery. National DPD orders placed by Sunday 6pm are delivered on Wednesday.
How long do the meals keep?
Meals arrive chilled and keep for 72 hours in the fridge. If you will not eat them in that time, freeze them on the day they arrive and defrost in the fridge before reheating.
Can I change my meals each week?
Yes. Every order is built from scratch, so pick different dishes, a different portion size or a different number of meals whenever you like.
